This is not optional as we are an hour outside of Cuenca and there is no dependable public transportation to and from the center. No Karma Yoga - 7 Days

Your retreat price is discounted upfront with participation in our 1hr per day Karma Yoga. Karma Yoga is part of community life, maintaining common spaces, weeding gardens, sweeping floors, doing dishes, watering plants, bringing in firewood, etc. You are welcome to do a few hours at once or 1 per day. It's up to you! If you do not wish to participate in our Karma Yoga program, you can select to opt out and pay the difference ahead of your arrival, $10 for each day of the retreat. To ensure fairness for all involved, if by the end of the retreat you have not completed the agreed number of Karma Yoga hours we will charge your card for the remaining balance, $10 for every hour not completed.

Shamanic Cleansing (Limpia)

The shamanic cleansing is a really wonderful way for you to have a one-on-one with the shaman at the beginning of the retreat. The shaman spends 30-45 minutes with you privately to help you clear your energy, address any physical issues that you might have, and get you ready for the ceremonies that follow in the retreat.

Heater - 7 Days

PRIVATE AND SHARED ROOMS ONLY Apartments come with gas heater, dorms are not able to have heaters. Heaters are not really necessary, but it can get chilly at night if you plan to spend time in your room and not with the group at the campfire or community center with the woodstove. Please do not run the heater when you are not in the room, it is a fire hazard.

TENTATIVE Extra Ceremony & Extra 2 Nights - End of 7 Day Retreat

Checking this box (no charge right now) shows your interest in staying for 2 more nights after the 7 day retreat and doing the extra Ayahuasca ceremony IF it is possible. Since our 6 day retreat participants come in the day after the 7 day retreat ends, we may or may not have room for 7 day participants to spend an extra 2 nights (nightly room prices at https://gaiasagrada.com/reservations-booking/room-and-apartment-rental-prices-at-gaia-sagrada/ to do the Extra Ayahuasca ceremony ($185). If you make your flight flexible though, we may have room for you to stay. Just ask when you are here if we have room for you to stay. We won't know until the middle of the retreat if the 6 day retreat is full or not. Right now we are not charging you anything. This is simply to let us know you are interested! If you are ok with booking your flight for 2 days after your retreat ends and spending time in Cuenca if it doesn't work out, this is worth the chance.

Kambo Session With Shaman (Frog Medicine) 7 Day Retreat

Receive a safe and professionally done Kambo session from a seasoned shaman who really knows what he's doing! If you have ever wanted to try Kambo (frog medicine), this is your opportunity. Happens on a non-ceremony rest day which is the last day of your 7 day retreat, Friday (after Sweatlodge Ceremony on Thursday). You will want to make sure you book a late flight out of Cuenca on that last Friday at the END of your 7 day retreat, as that is the only day on which you can do Kambo. You will want to have some recovery time before you go flying off into the friendly skies so book a late flight at the end of your retreat!
